Came in for TSA precheck and had no appointments but Marlene was incredible! She got me and my roommate in for two walk in’s before her next scheduled appointment. It’s right by the travel accessories and they had a great selection of anything you could need for international travel or even locally. Marlene was amazing and everyone was so friendly. We had a great experience!

Walking into Staples in Reno felt oddly reassuring during a busy workday. Rows of notebooks, printers, and supplies created a sense of order in the middle of a chaotic schedule. The printing counter handled my documents quickly, and everything came out perfectly. It’s remarkable how a simple store can restore a sense of control when deadlines are approaching.

It had the ink cartridge I needed and price matched Walmart. It was a good experience.

I apologize I did not get their names but the two women working the front of the store this evening were quite professional, observant and expeditious.

You can get TSA PreCheck done here. They suggest making appointment but Walk- ins are welcome too. Typical office Supplies. They do have a travel section that is decent. It offers all the last minute travel needs, creature comforts and TSA approved toiletries and carry on luggage.

Its an average Staples, a little stuffy and dusty but not significantly.

I have problems walking. They went to back of store to get what I wanted. I was allowed to use a cart to walk to mr car. Very nice.

If you order gloss business cards, they will take your order, print them in matte, and then when you arrive, if you catch the fact that they printed matte instead of gloss, you'll say something, and they'll say, "oh sorry, is this okay?" and then if you say "no I want gloss," they'll say, "well the gloss paper gets stuck in our machine. Are you sure matte's not okay?" And you'll say "no I want gloss." And then they will say, "well, look at the colors on matte! Matte is way prettier, I promise," and you'll say "no I want gloss" and then they'll say they can't print gloss and then you'll walk out of there pretty angry. Save yourself the trouble and print your gloss business card somewhere else. Jasper is awesome. Everyone else has been incredibly not helpful and not professional and not communicative about the gloss problem. Jasper the only dude to talk to, and the only reason I gave 2 stars instead on 1

Great customer service!

Everything in my previous review of Staples remains the same, but with a recent visit to purchase a new copier, it was again a great experience, although it didn't start that way. What I mean is that I purchased a brand-new copier and it turned out to be defective. BUT, I've always said "The problem isn't the problem, the problem is how you handle the problem". And in true Staples tradition of 'make the customer happy', Mia along with the aid of the manager, took control and gave us another 'brand new' copier and this one worked. Of course, Cabela's and Home Depot are my two most favorite places to shop, but Staples is catching up fast. Thanks Mia.

Tim was great at helping me make my purchase on a product that had a Black Friday price at other stores, but was not offered at Staples. He got me a good price on the product. Thank You.

My local Staples store consistently delivers excellent customer service—from the manager to the cashier to the copy center attendant. It’s truly refreshing to experience such attentive and professional support across the board.

Took my laptop in for internet pop up problems (virus). Associate was well informed and knew it would be an easy fix

The Staples on north McCarren has always been outstanding. I won't shop at any other Staples. No office supply store comes close to this Staples.
