another shower i am deaf so went on relay to find out why my new account was zero credit , this is because i cant be without a phone to communicate , they were obsessed with the number and not answering whether the credit would activate once i did the sim change , a basic easy question as if it didn't i wanted to know 1- where my money went , 2 - how much will they gouge from me to be able to use it , no answer round and round give me the number they said , what number i haven't the sim yet but im getting ready for it !! simple ??? NOT for EE
