Paul's Heating and Air Conditioning in Onalaska, WI has used Answering Innovations for many years to field customer calls after business hours. They deliver our messages in a timely manner and it is easy to make changes to the on call schedule by making a quick phone call. Andrews previous review was spot on!! Had trouble with getting correct name of deceased, phone calls are not recorded. Just a horrible experience all together, I can only imagine how much business was lost due to Answering Innovations.

I have to say we have used this company for a year in a half and between the inconsistant services they have provided and the negative attitude of the phone dispatchers we were very disappointed. We stuck with this company hoping the service would get better over a longer period of time but it just seems like the employees are not happy. I have had several of my customers call me to complain about the negative attitude of their employees but always thought it could have been a tough customer giving them the benefit of doubt. As a business owner who runs a service that caters to emergencies I had visioned a positive experience that would have represented my company in a positive way. The standard protocol we expected was a text message of the emergency and a phone call to our on call service provider. There have been several times this process had not been followed consistently resulting in lost business and upset customers. I realize the late night service they provide is a tough job but all we wanted was a consistant process that made our customer feel good when dealing with a problem. I am very disappointed to say that we have received a letter from the company stating they could no longer provide services to our standards and will be canceling our account. The process to hire another company requires a detailed set up plan and in moving forward and to my surprise we were told we would be cancelled in two days. After a phone call they decided to give us until the end of the month. I hope they read this and see the problem with this plan of action, as a business owner myself it is my mission to provide the best service I can to every customer rising up from the mistakes to become better. I am surprised they would throw an account away that has repeatedly given them a chance to get it right.
