Our company has used answer hero for several months now. For the most part, things were good, but we did receive a few customer complaints that their receptionist were very pushy with regards to the information that was shared and disrespectful at times. We recently canceled service due to that, and found the same distasteful attitudes from Customer Service upon cancellation. To make matters worse, we received several complaints from existing customers who had called to speak with us and got the answering service at the end of our subscription. We were told that they were told “this business isn’t under contract with us” and were hung up on multiple times and that just isn’t in a good way to run a company. We will never ever go back to answer hero nor will we recommend them to anybody. The lack of professionalism is just unacceptable.

After months of browsing trying to find a competent answering service, We had given up until a very esteemed college and mentor recommended AnswerHero. Since then we found all our problems solved. Their service is fast reliable, seamless and accurate. Very concerned about this company and who they are hiring… My company uses them as an after hours service and we continue to get calls from new clients, who have scheduled through this service but have not even come into our office yet, who are saying there are being messaged on WhatsApp and are being called by people claiming to be us! We are starting to suspect that client information is being released or misused by people working there, they’d be the only ones who have access to new client information! Action and further investigation will be taken!!
