Our company has been using Dexcomm for almost a year now and we've been happy with the service! The team is very communicative and always quick to resolve any potential issues. They reach out to check in on how things are every once in a while if they haven't heard from me to make sure there are no hiccups and that I'm satisfied with the service. Our team loves having Dexcomm live agents as a backup when we're busy or it's after hours. Every live agent call I've listened back to has been very professional and thorough! The product is easy to set up and use.

COULDNT CANCEL FAST ENOUGH...The answering service started off well but got horrendous over the years. We had multiple companies in multiple markets using their service. Besides their agents regularly not following their own processes, the biggest concerns are the dropped calls. If you're a business owner on servicetitan or other platform, you'd think the calls flow over to dexcomm and get answered.. but that's not always the case. Unless you check and listen to EVERY single call, you have NO WAY of knowing they were answered or not. This is what led to us asking for reporting regarding ABANDONED calls. Where calls ring into dexcomm but are never picked up and the client hangs up. Over a 2 month period hundreds of calls were abandoned. If you're a current client, ask for the GENESIS CALL COMPLETION SUMMARY REPORT. It shows the abandoned calls... Cancelled their services for multiple companies within a week of seeing the report. They are not upfront and honest about this unless you ask.

This is by far the worst experience with a company that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They answered our after hours lines and their communication, accountability, ethics, and it goes on and on, is terrible. We hired this company because they were referred by ServiceTitan. Please do not let that fool you and go elsewhere. Their honesty and integrity does not align with our business and we have recently let them go.
