This company harmed out business. They took our money to recruit candidates and then the candidates attempted to renegotiate their compensation after we agreed to hire them. We agreed to add commissions to their pay because we were 6 weeks into the process and needed them to follow up on a time sensitive direct mail campaign, and yet the candidates no call/no showed on day 1.

The recruitment process leaves something to be desired. The first time it took a month for them to contact me, only for them to do the same thing again. Zero communication, unprofessional in my opinion.
