This company harmed out business. They took our money to recruit candidates and then the candidates attempted to renegotiate their compensation after we agreed to hire them. We agreed to add commissions to their pay because we were 6 weeks into the process and needed them to follow up on a time sensitive direct mail campaign, and yet the candidates no call/no showed on day 1.

Working with Capita has been wonderful. They have trained personnel executing projects within time, budget, quality and scope, amazing leaders within the organization, and EOS processes carried out to perfection. If you are looking to hire a virtual assistant, a marketing service for your company or need some IT assistance, I would 100% recommend Cápita Works.
