Most emails were ignored.
CALLCARE demonstrated good implementation throughout the onboarding process but eventually showed poor pronunciation and management skills. In the end, they failed to meet contractual commitments. Nevertheless, the overall call answering service was deemed okay. | Highlights: Onboarding was good.
