Flexible and Fair Workplace with Great Compensation

I've had a good experience working with Ogmentor. The pay is fair and enough to cover my expenses, even though they don't offer government benefits or health insurance. Despite that, the compensation is sufficient for me to handle those on my own. They also provide vacation and sick leave, which is a nice bonus.I appreciate the flexible work hours, which help me balance my work and personal life.
