Been with TVH for almost a year now and so far my experience has been very amazing and wholesome. The people here are very approachable and Boss M is a CEO that you would wish to have since she is one of a kind. Working here, all I can say is that TVH has been very considerate, generous, and very accommodating which I never experienced working in a BPO setting before. In short, TVH is a place where you can definitely grow personally and professionally.

I sent you the proof real time don't know what else you need you can see that it's strong though not under my name yes! but i live in the same house not in the hotel to have plenty . I've been awake since 3 am. mnl. adjust to your re- schedule what so ever little sympathy none ? - don't you have a heart ? you see in my CV this is not my field yet looking for opportunity i say! you just couldn't wait! for sure someone see potential unlucky me I end up meeting you rude!!!

I found their recruitment process to be highly unprofessional and poorly coordinated. Communication was disorganized, and applicants were required to confirm twice just to secure a slot and schedule, which reflects a lack of proper planning and structure. What stood out most was the behavior of HR staff, particularly Brian, who came across as rude and dismissive. His attitude suggested that he held undue authority over the process, despite the fact that his position is not even permanent. Such conduct is not only unprofessional but also disrespectful to candidates who are simply seeking fair treatment and clarity during recruitment. My overall experience with this team was disappointing. The lack of coordination, unnecessary confirmation requirements, and unprofessional behavior from HR staff all contributed to a negative impression. It is my hope that they take these concerns seriously and work toward improving their recruitment practices. Applicants deserve a process that is respectful, organized, and professional.

I reached out to Hershey Franciso but never received any updates regarding my application. While I appreciate that they eventually sent a professional email to inform me that I wasn't selected, clearer and more timely communication would have been appreciated.
