They do what they say they're going to do. That warrants 5 stars.

Telework PH has helped the company focus on other operations. Most of their interactions involve periodically checking on each other's work, which has been working well for the company. Still, the vendor maintains a humane approach to their decisions - a trait that the company has come to admire. | Highlights: They human decision skills. There's a few pieces of data that were ambiguous and they were always able to make the right call on it after asking me for a couple of examples at the beginning of the project. That lack of "got a question" was a big plus.
