This company is good I mean not so bad…
This company is good I mean not so bad and not so good they offer a few things which are automatically working if any issue is coming in that systems the support is limited and slow additionally there have only support in one language that is in English and they should support multi language is there are many languages in world. How were the total overall experience was good there is an automatic system which is running but if there is an issue they are unable to solve it they should focus on customer support more to improve their services

Daylight robbery!
I have cancelled my account with them, which they confirmed, yet they keep on making regular deductions from me. I filed a dispute with payPal, but they say it is authorised because I have agreed to auto-payment. yes, I did long ago, but I cancelled it and Tawk.to confirmed it is cancelled. This evolved into a complicated dispute which is just a waste of time. And Tawk.to keep on deducting.

Exceptional Service / Support
Angelo of Tawk.to went out of his way to make sure that all my questions (and reservations) were answered. His Chat services are exactly what my new company needs and have provided. Be sure to check out their additional services, too.As for the haters with bad reviews, get a life. Tawk.to is a wonderful, FREE service with an exceptional support function. Very hard to beat that! Highly recommend!

I really liked the fact that you could make tickets and a knowledge bank. however i got spammed by Nigerians and Saudi Arabian IP's. even if you block their countries, they still come in. hence Im out!

Nearly 2 Years of Work, but Treated Like Just a Number
I worked with Tawk.to for 1 year and 11 months, consistently providing 16 hours per week of service for their clients. In all that time, not once did I receive a proper performance review, recognition, or even basic acknowledgment of my efforts. Instead of treating me as a valued part of the team, I was seen as just a random person filling in for their clients.Tawk.to does not view its workers as people who contribute to their growth but merely as disposable contractors. There is no clear path for development, no fairness in treatment, and no real sense of belonging. Nearly two years of loyalty amounted to nothing more than being brushed aside without appreciation.If you are looking for stability, respect, or professional growth, I strongly recommend staying away from Tawk.to. They do not support their people, and your hard work will go unnoticed and unappreciated.

Long‑time user
Long‑time user, but the mobile app has a serious bug: "Do Not Disturb" mode keeps re‑enabling, causing missed customer chats. I reported the issue with full details and logs. No reply from support. Very disappointing service.

I haven’t tried the service yet, but I’m about to. From what I’ve seen, they’re improving rapidly, and their free version is surprisingly powerful, more than enough to run an eCommerce website.

Tried once again to talk to tawk about…
Tried once again to talk to tawk about a customer that steals off the disabled and vulnerable people ( AURALISE MOBILITY ). No luck. Just going round and round in circles.Don't care where the money comes from as long as they earn. So in my opinion they are as bad as their customers. STEALING OFF THE DISABLED AND VULNERABLE PEOPLE.

Robotradx aka exvb.com aka nxcai.com is now a new scam with the same AI algorithm using tawk.to as a chat support. People please be careful out there. Scams are all over the internet. Write now there isn't one not one platform that is not scamming people online. From games to trading apps, all are just scamming people. SAD.

Can't setup / confirm e-mail forwarder
I wanted to setup e-mail forwarder in tawk.to. No way to confirm e-mail address. Hostinger requested to send them e-mail header they receive. I'm waiting 2 weeks already and no help at all. Chats with them suggest "setup a call with our team". After the call the outcome is, "I'll escalate it" and "this will be tackled by development team". But they can't even send the confirmation e-mail header requested by Hostinger. For Tawk.to reference - the ticket #486304.Another thing is this. Most of web traffic these days are from mobile phones. Once you setup your widget, it expands and covers ALL your website on a mobile device. There is no way to change it. It does not look professional this way.Final thoughts: nice idea, but in practice, it is useless and waste of your time.

Useless
Useless. 13 stages to set up. No telephone help. Just a similar platform to get help. Each message takes around about seven minutes to receive a reply. What a complete waste of time.

No refund on yearly renew even with no use. Poor
I never used their platform, and when it auto renewed for the second year I asked for a refund. They refused to provide the refund. I feel most good SAAS companies provide a refund in this instance WHEN the user is clearly not using the service at all.

BEWARE - STEALING DATA
We have been using TAWK for a month when our knowledge base page, provided as a service for support tickets, and information was showing a PHISHING SCAM alert. I contacted the company and they claim that it is not their product and will do nothing about it. So after a lot of work setting this thing up, we have to uninstall it and start over as they do not stand by their product in any way. Do NOT USE Tawk. They have absolutely no checks and balances and will provide a product that may be STEALING DATA FROM YOUR customers. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Waste of time & money
Using this company was a BIG mistake on our part. Their interface is not the best and very limited. We paid to have the trademarks removed but were so disappointed in the functionality and the low rate of success with our customers. Constant email issues. Customer support is bad. I cancelled this and asked for a refund for both our sites as tawk.to was literally hurting our business which we have now proved after moving to Podium. Tawk.to have refused to issue a refund stating their system works as intended. This is not a good company to do business with! Keep clear of this chat system if you want to maintain a high level of customer connection within your website/business.

A brilliant FREE product!
Pretty sure most of the negative reviews are by jealous competitors, because in my experience Tawk is a valuable live chat widget that costs nothing to use. Customisable, flexible widgets, a decent phone app, easy integration with WordPress - what's not to love?! Ignore the haters, most of them are either fake, clueless or just spiteful.
