I was contacted by Somewhere LLC's HR…
I was contacted by Somewhere LLC's HR few weeks ago. I received a mail where they sent me a typing assessment for SU-IT-Support position which i took and submitted it accordingly, next week i received another mail where they told me i passed that test now i have to record an introduction which i also did and submitted it as well. Later they sent me another email where they asked me for my updated CV which i immediately submitted to them as well. After couple of days they sent to me an email where it was mentioned that my application is saved and someone from their team will contact me if i align with any role. I am deeply saddened as they left me hopeless as i initially did all those tasks for the SU-IT-Support position for which i never received any positive or negative feedback.

Please be careful, I was recruited through Somewhere to a US based company, there was immediate signs of distress within the company and when I reported this to the agency and the person who recruited me, they basically ignored us. Being … More

This company underpays their recruits.
This company underpays their recruits. The owner openly brags about exploiting people from non-US countries. Outsourcing isn't an issue, but paying skilled employees 70% less than you would a US employee is evil. This alone says a lot about what this company stands for.

very disappointed with this somewhere. They ask you to do a video to send. The recruiter I had was called Sam Rosslee, she asked me to do so many things. After submitting all the information, I never received feedback about the job, or email or a courtesy reply. So inhuman, treat one like a piece of meat.

Somewhere.com took back their deal
Somewhere.com is a mess. We engaged them to find us a social media manager, a data analyst, and some BDR's. We had a good relationship with our main contact there Rameez who helped place these rolls and there were some issues but nothing that we couldn't work through. When replacing some of the rolls they promised to replace didn't go nearly as well as they had offered, they made us some additional promises. Then one day our main contact, Rameez, and this is where things went extremely sideways fast. With no heads up a new person took his place with no proper introduction of themselves or what was happening. The new person had no clue what was going on with out account. Before we even had a chance to get that person up to speed, another new person did the same thing and then another named Emily Tocknell. Emily promised she'd be different and make it right. It started good but then when came time to honor the final part of the deal we had made with Rameez, she tried to charge us an extra $3000 which was not part of the original deal. She asked us to prove we even had this with Rameez, which we did, and she doubled down on not honoring the deal. It's bad enough that we had a deal, in writing that they didn't honor, but you'd think if a recruiting company is trying to get back in your good graces, and already had the position filled, they'd try to make it right even if there wasn't already a deal in place. Somewhere doesn't care about ethics. All they care about is filling your positions as fast a possible so they can collect their commission and move on to the next placement. Update: Emily a resolution call but I can see now that she's actually been knee capped on a reasonable solution by her manager Klara Lee who gave robotic, "company line" answers in our follow up zoom call. I'm clearly just a simple transaction to management and not a partner. Klara only highlighted that...

Outstanding Service
Excellent agency! Darren and his team helped me find remote staff quickly and efficiently. Their systems and communication were outstanding from start to finish. One thing I really appreciated was that they shared candidate videos before the interviews, which was incredibly helpful in the selection process. The team was always responsive, professional, and supportive. Highly recommended!

Unprofessional Hiring Process
I recently participated in a hiring process with Somewhere, and it was a very disappointing experience. I was asked to complete an assessment that included a full SEO audit, a blog post, and a 90-day strategy plan — all within a day and a half. I dedicated a lot of time and effort to deliver high-quality work. However, I later found out that my assessment was never even sent to the client. To make matters worse, the recruiter handling my process supposedly no longer worked there, and I was left without any follow-up or clear communication. Overall, it felt very unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. Candidates are expected to invest significant effort, yet there’s no guarantee that your work will even be reviewed. I would not recommend this company.

"Somewhere" definitely "Nowhere"
I have been applying to this company for over a year through both LinkedIn and their official website. I consistently reach the typing test stage and have successfully passed it. Despite meeting the stated requirements, I have never received any communication regarding next steps, feedback, or the status of my application. There is no clarity on what happens after the test or whether applications are reviewed further. The process indicates that candidates must wait three months to reapply if they fail the typing test. However, even after passing, there is still no progression or response, which makes the process feel unclear and ineffective. As someone with relevant experience and qualifications, it is discouraging to complete required assessments without any acknowledgment or outcome. A basic update or feedback would significantly improve the experience for applicants. Based on my experience, the recruitment process lacks transparency and communication.

Not worth $5K AT ALL
Having worked with half a dozen VA hiring firms, there is absolutely NOTHING special or better about Somewhere. We're 0-4 with candidates from them for basic admin follow checklist type responsibilities. Majority of candidates they place you with could be found on Upwork or fiverr. Not worth $5000 for a placement. After 6 months they won't replace them either.

Natazha Yalung was outstanding
I had the pleasure of working with Natazha, and I can confidently say she is exceptional at what she does. From start to finish, she made the entire process smooth, efficient, and stress-free. Her professionalism, clear communication, and attention to detail stood out at every step. Natazha not only guided me expertly but also ensured I felt supported and informed throughout. Her dedication and responsiveness made a potentially complex process feel seamless. It’s rare to encounter someone so committed to delivering a positive experience, and I truly appreciate her efforts. I would highly recommend Natazha to anyone seeking a knowledgeable, reliable, and professional partner. She is truly outstanding
