I’ve been working with Remote Bob and my fantastic assistant Ange for a year now, and it’s been game-changing. Ange is hyper efficient and proactive, and has made a huge impact on my work and enabled me to focus on the big things - I now couldn’t operate without her! Excellent support!

One of my best business decisions

To delegate some of the tasks was one of my best business decisions.Being on my own made me get in a mode where everything was urgent and I could not manage doing it all by myself. So I decided to hire an assistant from Remote Bob. I loved the process where the agency owner Barbara took time to introduce me to everything and wrote some of the tasks I really needed some help with. She also inquired about the type of person, language and writing style that would best match me and my brand's needs.Having a team that cares about my business achieving goals is literally amazing. I'm so thankful for my assistant Anita who quickly got to know my brand. Her help has been so effective and we have lots of fun on our weekly meetings. These meeting are something I simply love about Remote Bob. Hiring a VA from Remote Bob was one of…

Hiring a VA from Remote Bob was one of the better decisions I made. Of course I was sceptic at first, but I was really reassured in our initial talk with RB representative that it's not like they would provide me with a VA and then never check up on me, but that both myself and my VA would have support from internal Remote Bob team. And that if I don't click with the assigned VA, I can just ask for another one.I got Peter as my VA and he supported me with basic admin tasks in my software development company. He was punctual, proactive and neat (something I cherish!), and he saved me at least 5-7 hours weekly of my own time.

Best personal assistant

I work long shifts in a hospital, and when I get home, I don't have the energy to deal with more administrative responsibilities. Remote Bob is a brilliant company

Remote Bob is a brilliant company. I was recommended by another business friend, who I noticed was using a VA who seemed friendly and professional. After contacting the Remote Bob team, I needed time to consider my options and how I could use a VA and if it would work, where it would work etc. They were very patient. There was no hard sell. Well I have never looked back. Barbara (the CEO) and her team are all super helpful and really invested in the business. The way it works (in my experience) is that they chat to you first of all (I had several zoom calls) about what I needed, what I could delegate and then I got matched with the best VA. The first VA I had was really friendly and took instruction very well. About a week in, Barbara herself reached out, and suggested it might be better pairing with a different VA, simply because the requirements of my business organically started to reveal themselves, and she was spot on! The next VA I had, Blanka, was even more suited to me. We get on really well. She’s creative, assertive, professional and I always feel a positive energy coming from her. There was virtually no hand over period either as Barbara and the VAs took care of everything. I wanted to say this because there is literally NO RISK. There is a perfect VA for you and I am sure Remote Bob will find them. I feel the team really wants the best for us too. We recently won an award for Drama School of the Year and Barbara and Blanka were buzzing about it, just as much as the drama school team were. I have also asked random questions too, such as “is there an app for this?” Or “would you recommend this company?” etc, and Barbara's business knowledge is sound. Overall, Remote Bob is a real asset to any company. And I’m VERY happy with my services. Thank you!
