I would not recommend AnswerForce to any business owner looking for dependable answering service support. We have been with them for over 6 years, and they are still asking how to pronounce my company name. That alone says a lot about the lack of attention to detail. I have called in to make script changes, and those changes were never properly implemented. When you hire an answering service, you expect them to follow instructions and represent your company correctly. That has not been my experience here. The service is inconsistent, there is little accountability, and getting access to a manager has been nearly impossible. Your answering service is often the first impression for a new client. If that matters to your business, I would suggest looking at other providers before choosing this one.

This is a great service to have for any small business. Takes the pressure off being on call every night. The messages come to us via email and text so we can still see and prioritize what needs to be handled immediately. Would recommend!

Not dependable for a business that relies on first impressions

If you are a business owner looking for a reliable answering service, I would suggest looking elsewhere.After more than 6 years with AnswerForce, they were still asking how to pronounce my company name. That says a lot about the lack of attention to detail.I made multiple requests to update our script, and those changes were not properly carried out. When you hire an answering service, you expect them to follow instructions and represent your business correctly. That did not happen consistently here.The overall service was inconsistent, communication was lacking, and there was very little accountability when issues came up. I also found it very difficult to get access to a manager for meaningful resolution.Your answering service is often the first point of contact for a new customer. That role is too important to leave in the hands of a company that cannot maintain consistency.

It was a fantastic experience from start to finish.. Eimaan Khan has been fabulous from day one in getting us setup with AnswerForce. There were absolutely no hiccups from initial sale thru implementation. Now it has been almost a year but there support team is also very eager to help whenever I needed them. Anuja Selvaraju had been awesome as well.
