Hindumathi is one of the most competent client care managers I have ever worked with. I am the COO of the largest domestic issue law firm in Central Texas. My expectations are always extremely high in the business world. She’s extremely thorough. I trust her 100% when working on or updating my script. She’s extremely hard working and has incredible amounts of patients. Onboarding was a breeze!!!!
Anuja was my onboarding specialist. She was wonderful, made it very easy to get set up and her team is very knowledgeable. Answerforce has so many options and ways to customize your call inflows. We spent four months and a substantial amount of money working through onboarding, implementation, and countless back-and-forth discussions, only to find out that the platform has critical limitations that make it unusable for our business. Had these limitations been disclosed from the start, we never would have moved forward. Instead, we invested months of effort chasing a solution that ultimately could not meet our requirements. Very disappointing experience and a significant waste of both time and resources.
