Not only is my executive assistant, Daisy, first-class, trained more than our W-4 employees in so much software and professional norms, but she has years of experience as an executive assistant, and is perfectly matched to my and my company's personality and needs, based on their assessment. She reliably and flexibly helps us as needed with too many tasks to name for years now, and Doxa's internal system makes sure she is held accountable and provides her support, from reliable regular reviews and recognition to extras like chances to join online Doxa communities and even support fun and a healthy lifestyle for her through her group there running 5K's. My 2 biggest concerns with outsourcing quickly became DOXA's strengths. First, I was concerned about the holistic quality of the people given the tremendous value and I simply couldn't attract this level of talent even at domestic pricing. Second, I had heard that turnover and loyalty is an issue and after more than 3 years we've not had any turnover of our DOXA partners. Amazing company that takes care of their people unlike most of the industry and you immediately feel the difference! Highly recommended!!!!!

Intermediarios que no aportan nada relevante al mercado de talento entre Latam y USA sumado a reclutadores y procesos de selección mal planteados. Fui contactado para una posición abierta y todo el proceso de seleccion fue por whatsapp y preguntadome las mismas cosas que decian en mi CV, ni siquiera se toman 5 minutos para leer una hoja de vida de la persona a la que estan contactando. Empresas que precarizan cada vez más los modelos de trabajo remotos.
