I was told I will be endorsed sa final interview via zoom,then after few hours received na di daw ako pass. Lol I am still receiving invitation for interview invitation. Update nyo system nyo.

Regard for the HR team with over five years of experience, though their performance has not met expectations; a simple update that lacks flexibility, and it is hoped that leadership will review their professional behavior. The HR organization was excellent at the beginning of the application process - we began in 1st-December last year, and everything went smoothly until I submitted the assessment. I recognize that we are approaching the holiday season and that some organizations may not accommodate their applicants... Starting in January 2026, I'm hopeful and kind that by the 1st or 2nd week, there will be an update on my application, especially since everything is returning to normal. From January 12 to January 28 today. I follow up on my application twice a week, but as usual, there has been no update. I have reached out via LinkedIn and text message, yet the response from HR has been unprofessional, and their conduct has been disappointing. Despite my attempts through email and LinkedIn, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY REPLIES. I don't believe that the core value, which emphasizes that our team is at the heart of everything we do, aligns with these individuals. As an applicant with extensive experience, I appreciate the volume of applications you are handling. However, I believe it would be helpful to receive updates regarding whether the applicant is not aligned with the role or if you are proceeding with another candidate. At least we have a sufficient understanding. The time taken for the initial, assessment, and final interviews is quite serious, as each candidate's time is valuable (filipino mindset). I believe this HR professional may not have been fully aware of that.
