Don’t work for CrewBloom. It’s very employer-centric. They control when you work, and you can be asked to log in for just a couple of hours, then told to log out and wait again with no consistency. FYI, I even received positive feedback from the client I was assigned to, so performance clearly wasn’t the issue. On top of that, they reportedly require you to sign an agreement not to post any negative feedback before releasing your final pay. That’s a major red flag. Would not recommend.

This agency didn't provide updates when I was working with for almost 2 years. Will not give you another client when your previous client withdrew the contract.

I am writing this to warn others about the lack of professionalism at this agency. Despite passing their rigorous assessments, I was left in limbo for over a month without any updates regarding client pairing. My experience took a turn for the worse when I noticed my account profile photo had been changed to a different person. Given that they require mandatory photos, videos, and voice recordings, this lack of data integrity is a major red flag. Do not be fooled by the high volume of positive reviews; the agency requires applicants to write them to move forward in the process. Proceed with caution.

Crewbloom is the worst company ever

Crewbloom is the worst company ever. They don't pay wages on time. They will terminate employees and then they will no longer pay the employee what is due them. The owner is not professional and foul-mouthed.

Working at CrewBloom since last 3 years and I am amazed by their professionalism, they have dedicated CSMs and the support they provide to contractors is great as well.
