Never in my life has a debt collection agency yelled at me first thing when answering a phone call. I don't know who Ernest is but he should absolutely check his attitude before contacting me ever again. I've been called by this agency before but I'm genuinely in shock at the attitude and loudness of this individual over the phone today.
