I have called Serverplus for help no less than 3 times. No one returns calls. They are not open weekends but regardless all you get is a voicemail to leave a message. I have never had someone pick up the phone to answer. How is someone to get the help they need?

Holly is 10/10 the best manager I have ever had. I can’t thank her enough with how much she has helped me out. I think the company is great and it’s a small call center, meaning I get help whenever needed as well! Spencer and Carson are also great team leads and they are always happy to answer my 10000’a of questions!
