I am sharing this review based on my experience as an employee. I experienced a payroll discrepancy with Medical Staff Relief that was never resolved. The paystub did not reflect what was contractually agreed upon, and when I brought this to their attention, my concern was dismissed rather than properly reviewed. The issue remains uncorrected. Fulfilling contractual payment terms is a fundamental responsibility, and it was not met in my case.

All of the positions they helped us fill have been filled with fantastic people who are all very healthcare knowledgeable. My company I have high standards for so finding quality staffing has always been a challenge. MSR has been a big help and I highly recommend them.
