1 star bhi nhi dena chahta hu…bhot hi ghatiya log hai yaar bht hi bekar company hai… mjhe bht need h job ki sab pata hote huye bhi mera time waste kia 4 days regular bulaya 4-5 interView liye training hogi bolkr roj bulaya and 5th day par HR ankush bolte hai ab apko reject kr dia hai ab dusre process m dekhlo what the hell yar insaniyat ki baat karte h ankush hr dost dost bolte hai par nibhate nhi very disappointing…kisi ki feelings nhi samjhte log kon kya face kar rha hai kis situation me totally broken money waste hua time waste energy waste .. i hope ek din ye company band ho jaye or specially ankur hr ko jrur realize hoga ki unhone galat kia 🙌🏻🙃 I don't want to give even 1 star…these people are very bad, this is a very useless company…I really need a job, despite knowing everything, they wasted my time, called me regularly for 4 days for 4-5 interviews, saying there will be training, called me everyday and on the 5th day HR Ankush says that now you have been rejected, now see in the other process what the hell is happening, friend, Ankush talks about humanity, every friend says friend but does not fulfill it, very disappointing…does not understand anyone's feelings, what are the people facing, in which situation, totally broken, money wasted, time wasted, energy wasted.. I hope one day this company gets closed and especially Ankur, everyone must be realizing this that he did something wrong 🙌🏻🙃

ICCS helped me become more confident while handling customers and communication. HR team was supportive whenever required. Overall it was a good learning experience.

It's a great workplace with a positive atmosphere and supportive colleagues. It's an ideal environment for freshers to build experience and enhance their communication skills.

I joined ICCS as a Team Leader, but within one month the process seats were reduced, so I had to switch jobs. My senior assured me that once I found another opportunity, they would complete my FNF process. However, the salary release date was the 10th, salaries were credited on the 11th, but my salary was not released. Very disappointing experience with salary and employee handling. Good thing I changed the company at the right time.
