After searching for a good place to open a PO Box, I finally found Eagle Postal Center of Las Colinas. Their 30 years of business shows in the great service that I recieved. Stephen and Rico were both very friendly, helpful, and answered all my questions. I definitely recommend it as a convenient, local place to do your mail!

Office closed at appointed time given online for I-9 verification . No call back or reschedule information provided from the verifier. No one picks the call at number given at the shop door despite multiple attempts. Not the best way to run a business. Update: I got the appointment rescheduled and this time it all went smoothly. Rico at the store was super nice and politely explained about the issues previous day due to the severe weather and that they are not consulted by the agency before issuing appointments. Would recommend.

The staff is very friendly and always appreciative of your business. They are also very reliable when handling packages and mail. The location is convenient off the 114, and it is in the heart of Las Colinas. Many mail options are available at this location.

Rico in the staff are great at this location. I always get help. I always get my packages and I’ve always gotten my prints. They’re nice. They’re cordial definitely better than public postal services.

I had to go in the store for fingerprinting for a job I'm about to start... I had done similar fingerprintinting a few times in the past, and this was by far the fastest and easiest fingerprintinting session I've ever had. The gentleman who helped me knew exactly what to do and didn't waste any time. Thank you

After reading the other comments I at least don't feel crazy. Just here to post another review of the old man with white hair (Steven)... I was just dropping off a package with a label for pickup and overnight delivery. He yelled two times in the store just because I was dropping off a package and said that he would have to charge me for the drop offs next time. This is not an issue, I will just use another dropoff location that doesn't have an attitude. After informing me that I should drop my package anywhere else than his business. I finally was allowed to leave my prelabeled box in the "pile". While he was rude the entire time I was in the store, I really had no issue when leaving. It was after I walked out the door and he continued on by yelling at me as I was walking to my car. I continued on until he was literally behind my car still yelling and berating me. This is absolutely ridiculous behavior and honestly made me feel unsafe. As I hope you get a chance to read this Steven. I'm glad this was worth your $0.70 you made today on this and how i would get better rates if i was an "actual customer" I have used this store 3 times in the last 6 months - 6/7/25 - $368.46 -10/1/25 - $183.46 -1/12/25 -- dropping off a package I guess $550 over $6 month isn't a customer. Good to know you will not be receiving my business anymore.

I’ve used Eagle Postal Center for years because I love the convenience of dropping off USPS, FedEx, and UPS packages all in one place. Today, I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Steve Love, and we had a thoughtful and transparent conversation about how the industry is changing and the challenges of keeping small businesses running. As a Las Colinas resident, I’ll continue to support Eagle Postal Center and Mr. Love. The service he provides—and the convenience of the location—is truly a blessing to our community. I hope we can all rally together to help keep this local gem thriving.

I had a great experience here! I arrived a bit early for my fingerprinting appointment, but the person running the store was super efficient and friendly. He started the process right away without any delay and made the whole thing so quick and easy. Really appreciate how smooth everything went!
