The receptionists are well educated, friendly and really care about the service they provide. They always seem to have concise and helpful information about each call which really helps me make informed medical decisions and saves a ton of time especially late at night. The late night shift always apologizes for waking me up and couldn’t be kinder and more helpful. I can’t imagine that they haven't been snapped at on many occasions but it hasn’t seemed to negatively influence their behavior in the least. We hired Berkshire Receptionist’s as a way to streamline our HVAC business out of Sheffield, MA. We, at SiscoTech HVAC, not only needed help answering all calls but we needed a reliable source to get our valued clients any emergency help they may need as soon as possible. We found ourselves in a place where we couldn’t always answer every call immediately, so we needed help from a company to be on call, to dispatch emergencies to our on call team. This company has been answering our after hour phones for the past 7 or so years & they are always pleasant to deal with. The Artic Blast that just hit Berkshire County caused many homes and business to experience burst pipes needing ServiceMaster of the Berkshires remediation services. I received close to 40 calls from the "service" relaying these jobs to me at all hours of the day and night for a straight 48 hours. Every operator that called was pleasant, professional and even conscious of the time they were calling me. They relay messages clearly by phone, text or email and switch it for me as needed. It is hard to find employees with the dedication to servicing the customers as I have experienced with this company.
