The advertised Notary service isn't dependable. If the Notary happens to be there and working at the time you're there you can get something Notarized. At 1:50pm Monday 4/13 Notary is not available

The owner acts like he would rather be anywhere else but at his place of business. I have tried this location several times over the years and he is incredibly rude and quick to dismiss his customers despite being incorrect. I learned we have another UPS option at Michael’s so that is where I will be going from now on.

What a non customer centric business. I had the displeasure of dealing with Ethan in this store. I went to the store to make two Amazon returns. One had one oversized box in the order the other has Three oversized heavy boxes in the order. He said “ I can take the one with one but you will have to package the order with three boxes together”…..What? “Okay, I will tape them together, can I use your tape?” Ethan, “You can buy a roll of tape, you can’t use ours”. Really, It’s tape! So rather than hauling the boxes out of the store, I bought a small role of packing tape for $6.35! And taped them together. Enjoy your commission Ethan, rather than taking care of a customer!

The red haired guy with glasses needs another profession other than something in customer service. He throws the receipt at you and never speaks. The UPS in Mount Airy has the best employees. They are all friendly and helpful.

I requested 8.5 x 11 programs and did not realize they need to be requested at 11 x 17 to fold into 8.5 x 11. The staff and manager were amazing...the programs look fantastic..shared it with our church contact she loved them...I requested the 11 x 17 just for the immediate family. This staff is amazing and will take care of you!!!

Very nice place and the people working there are professional and respectful, they are fast even though a lot customers are in line, things go quickly. I was surprised when I read one customer's review how she has to pay for photo copies, well this is Ups franchise store, they pay to rent the store and pay for whatever used in the store, on top of that pays his workers.

Every time we try to use this location, the franchise owner continues to make things increasingly difficult. Trying to return an Amazon package and the owner insisted on charging one dollar for a piece of tape for each package He then made a big deal about the items in the box needed to be in another box. Then, after all of the pushback, he looked up the code and apologizes saying oh Amazon does not need this to be in a box waste of time! Returns are supposed to be easy, not problematic. His suggestion was that I contact Amazon and have them fix it instead of just mailing the boxes back to them. He must hate his relationship with Amazon. Check online pricing for UPS and other providers as he charges more than the standard quote I could get if I shipped it by myself.

Pretty good service I usually just drop off returns everyone there is very helpful. The Ellicott City stores in nightmare to deal with so I usually just come to this one instead. (Store in Ellicott City only has 2.6 Stars, you be the judge)
