I help manage a concierge medical clinic in Beverly Hills so I was initially hesitant on hiring someone internationally because I was worried about language barriers but within a couple days they showed me several profiles of qualified candidates that were bilingual and had no accent at all so we set up interviews right away and ended up hiring within a week.
