I made the mistake of using Arizona Statutory Agent. Two weeks after signing up, I had some questions about their mail service. I called 4-5 times between 1:30-2:30pm on a Monday afternoon and no one picked up the phone, it just rang indefinitely. I then tried at around 4pm local time again, and got an automated recording saying they were closed and to call back between 9am-5pm Pacific time. That almost made sense, except for the fact that it's still 4pm Pacific time as well at this time of year. For a business whose sole purpose is to be available during normal business hours, this is unacceptable. If you are enticed by their cheap price for a statutory agent service, understand that it's cheap for a reason: they don't do their job! Avoid them at all costs!
