We have been using Answering Specialists for years and have always been happy with their service.

They do excellent work and the cost is more than fair. They filter spam calls. The script I give them is not always perfect, but they are ready to fix it whenever we need. I appreciate their work and efforts and recommend them especially for small businesses that get alot of spam calls.

Great service at an affordable rate. As a one man show in the trades, it’s hard to answer the phone and work at the same time. And when you can’t answer the phone you lose jobs. They provided exactly what was needed, at an affordable rate, to keep my schedule full. Much appreciated.

We've worked with Answering Specialists for 4-5 years at least. Being in Hospice, I am glad and pleased with the type of service that is being provided when a patient or family member calls.
