Which is impressive by itself. English is spoken very well , not like other services. Absolutely top notch customer service. Thank you for making ATS look very professional, when we are unable to answer the phone.

We have been using Answering Specialists for years and have always been happy with their service.

They do excellent work and the cost is more than fair. They filter spam calls. The script I give them is not always perfect, but they are ready to fix it whenever we need. I appreciate their work and efforts and recommend them especially for small businesses that get alot of spam calls.

Great service at an affordable rate. As a one man show in the trades, it’s hard to answer the phone and work at the same time. And when you can’t answer the phone you lose jobs. They provided exactly what was needed, at an affordable rate, to keep my schedule full. Much appreciated.

Worst company ever. We over and over again would not get the emergency calls. Spoke to Nicole who is one of the supervisors to say (Sorry they are new )won't happen again. Well kept happening.Left message for Nicole 2xs on Sunday and called her 4xs Monday no return call . i was given the run around on who Nicoles boss was (still never to get a answer)They have no understanding on how not to lose emergency calls , customer will go else where, .THEY NEED TO HAVE TRAINED PEOPLE . Especially when you are paying for this service.

I'm really surprised these guys have such a low star rating on Google. I find the service great. I have been through at least 4 or 5 companies (I've lost track) and I find this service to be well worth the cost. They answer 99% of my calls and are pleasant and professional. I would recommend this service for any small business.

These people are a bad joke in this industry , what a waste of money and lost revenue , from lost jobs , un answered calls , and poor performance doing the most basic function , just answering the phone.

As the owner of a mid-sized home care agency, I was hesitant to relinquish the direct communication with my clients and caregivers to a third party after hours. After seeing the stress melt away from my office staff due to the sheer number of non emergency calls eliminated after hours, it’s been worth every penny! Also, so affordable!! I would highly recommend this service as a must have in order to reduce the turn over among office staff due to the extreme stress of being on call after hours. If you’re considering, just do it. We've worked with Answering Specialists for 4-5 years at least. Being in Hospice, I am glad and pleased with the type of service that is being provided when a patient or family member calls. Very compassionate and professional phone handlers, every time. Couple of hiccups over the years but always quickly resolved. Great service!
