I just fired a lawyer who uses this service and I am in the process of trying to get my money back by filing a Bar complaint against him. Therefore, I was not surprised to see he is now doing you tube videos touting this law firm answering service - probably for some kind of trade. The lawyer was nothing but a scam, ripped me off, did no work, and wants to point out all of the phone calls and texts I left him as evidence he earned his money? How can he not get it that the message takers knew nothing about what I was asking or who I was asking for, the "lawyer response(s)" texted to me were clearly from a Bot, and for $15,000.00, I expected to get personalized service from a solo practitioner. I recommend lawyers hire a secretary. It will be cheaper for you in the long run and a much better business practice than having to explain to a Disciplinary Board why you missed deadlines and filings, etc.
