Rude- And lack of privacy

I doubt anyone from answering legal will read this. But it’s worth a shot. It is Saturday at noon in South Florida. I got 3 back-to-back calls from a woman named Christine with the area code of 251 calling me from obviously inside her car to inquire about invoices that were due. She didn’t give me the company name initially or anything and was short and rude. When I asked her what business she was calling in reference to I told her I didn’t own the business nor have I worked there in two years. She immediately got an attitude with me and said the business didn’t update their records and seemed annoyed with me at that fact. I could hear her driving! So I said to her “you guys make collection calls on Saturdays?“ And she replied yes we do but not on Sundays. She hung up on me. And then she immediately called me back and I answered and said “you’re calling me again“ and she said oh and hung up on me. She has no idea that I now work at a new law firm and could potentially contract answering legal I have been in this business for 25 years! And why isn’t answering legal reaching out to their clients and making sure their contact information is the same every year or so?? Do better Christine! And answering legal how unprofessional. And now I know my former employer is behind on his bills! No privacy, no class no manners.

Trial was a disaster

They offered a trial opportunity for a company I consult with where I was involved. It was a total disaster. The initial scripts for the agents were not properly drafted, which caused a lot of confusion. The agents were robotic and not welcoming and couldn’t think outside the script. We cancelled the trial before it ended. I wouldn’t recommend this company as their impact on the organizations they try to serve was not considered.
