So so pleased with WAW! I interviewed a lot of VA companies and have no regrets choosing WAW. Our contact, Andrea, is incredibly professional, friendly and easy to work with. They have taken tasks we've had to train and retrain interns and new employees on and have already mastered them. There's great transparency with hours and the work done, it all feels very honest and straightforward. The rate may be slightly higher then other VA agencies but the quality isn't comparable!
