Took a minute to find our rhythm but really happy now

Family run construction business here. We tried offshore VAs through other platforms and didn't have great luck. Felt transactional, lots of turnover. Virtual Coworker has been a different experience. Our VA handles bookkeeping in QuickBooks, invoicing, vendor follow ups, and general office admin. The first few weeks were genuinely a bit rocky. She had to learn our processes and we had to learn how to work with someone remote, but six months in I can't imagine running the office without her. What sets VC apart in my opinion is that there's an actual account team behind the placement. When I had a question early on, someone called me back the same day. That kind of accountability is rare at this price point.

Virtual Coworker placed a patient coordinator who has been with us almost a year now. Patients comment on how responsive and friendly she is, and our no show rate has dropped noticeably since she started doing reminder calls.What I value most is continuity. She's been the same person the whole time, knows our patients and workflows, and feels like part of the team even though she's remote. The VC team checks in regularly and has been responsive whenever I've had questions.

As a small marketing agency we hit a point where every senior person was buried in production work that didn't need their level. We brought on a marketing assistant from Virtual Coworker to handle reporting, content scheduling, asset organization, and client follow ups.
