It portrays a much more professional look if customers or prospects actually speak to someone and they are much less likely to just phone a competitor. Before I started working with the VA team I was feeling a bit stuck in my dance fitness business - I had lots of ideas on the ways I wanted to move forward and I wanted to start providing and delivering new services but I was so bogged down in the day to day essential administration of the that I felt like I had no time to think creatively and not enough energy to establish and build new classes. It was also challenging to take time off and going on holiday would be very stressful to leave and even more stressful to return. I was a little apprehensive about taking the plunge with the VA team - its scary to let go of the reins and I was unsure if the financial investment would pay off. However it's been an absolute pleasure working with Kenneth and his team. They have relieved a lot of the stress of working alone and even working just 20 hours a month for me have lightened my load enough to be able to establish new classes, generating extra income. They work more efficiently than I do so seem to finish the work I give them quicker than I would myself.
