I had an interview with Princess and Bench on Thursday 12th, was promised feedback with 24 to 48 hours. Not a single word, no email of decline. I followed up with both Princess and Claire, no response. In this day and age with automated technology and AI there is no excuse to show this lack of respect.

They conduct the interviews on the client’s behalf. You don’t get to meet the client in person, learn their name, or even know the name of the company. They go over a few basic questions, and then you receive an email saying that you were not selected. All interviews follow the same process, and it doesn’t make any sense to waste your valuable time with a company that doesn’t even make an effort to help you. A recruiter called me and told me to hurry because an interview was about to start in five minutes. I stopped what I was doing to attend, and then the interview was suddenly canceled, supposedly by the client. After that, the “Leverage” recruiter did the same thing: he asked me a few questions and then told me I wasn’t selected. The recruiters’ organization is terrible and completely useless. This has been the worst hiring process I have experienced so far. Ivan and Sebastian are the worst recruiters I have dealt with. I am not mentioning the rest because I deleted their emails and forgot their names. Their internal communication with other recruiters is also terrible. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! ƁY THE WAY DON'T PAY ANY ATTENTION TO THE GOOD REVIEWS FOR THE COMPANY SINCE THEY CREATED FAKE PROFILES TO ADD THEM

Creo que hacen postulaciones falsas. Supuestamente tienen 3 filtros de entrevistas y solo tuve su primer filtro 3 veces les digo a los reclutadores que ya tuve problemas y no hacen caso. Ahórrense el tiempo y no les den sus datos!!!

I do not recommend this place. They scheduale meetings for you and ask for seriousness and the people that Interview you don’t show up. When you do get a job offer they never even contact you. And if you do get hired by someone they work you for a week and don’t pay you, then they tell remote leverage you left so they can get a replacement since it’s insured. If you do go to this place and ever have a meeting with EMEG MEDIA / The Event Planner Expo, do not work for them as they worked me for a week and never paid me!

By far the best place to get a job if you are qualified with good English. I have signed up for various recruitment services and sites. They have all been a waste of time, after my interview and qualifying with remote leverage. My first interview was 2 days later. Within the first week, I interviewed 6 times. Don't waste your time with other recruiters. ******

I had a very disappointing experience. I was in communication with the team about an interview, and then they suddenly stopped responding. I followed up multiple times and even reached out to different contacts, but never received a reply or any explanation. Since then, whenever I try to apply, I receive an automatic message saying I’m no longer eligible, without any clarification. Being completely ghosted after active communication feels unprofessional and discourteous. I would have appreciated transparency and basic follow-up.

I'm not sure if this company expects you to go blind into interviews without knowing the name of the employer that is conducting the interviews? I as others would think do some due diligence on the company that is hiring and Remote Leverage says they will provide the name of the employer in the interview which is nonsense. If the company is the one that doesn't want to provide their name upfront, then that's a red flag right away as what are they hiding?...I did some history on a company that provided their name last year after they sent me a interview invitation and good thing I researched the company as they had horrible online reviews and online presence which I wouldn't want to be part of their team. I suggest Remote leverage stop wasting peoples time by making them go blind into interviews without knowing the name of the hiring company.

Not a great experience. Remote Leverage initially matched me with a client that seemed like a perfect fit. Unfortunately, when it came time for training, the client completely ghosted me. While I understand this may not have been Remote Leverage’s direct fault, I reached out as a courtesy and asked to be matched with another client. After patiently waiting nearly two months for training from my assigned “boss,” Remote Leverage also stopped responding. Overall, this was a complete waste of time and very disappointing due to the lack of communication and follow-up
