Thank you, Peachtree VA, for the great work you do. The truth is, I never thought it was going to work. But, but if I had not had the experience of being with Peachtree, of having Ivy as my VA, then I wouldn't have been prepared for hiring an executive assistant in person. I learned how to offload things, and Ivy was so super patient with me.

Peachtree VA has been a lifesaver. We reached out because our org started to grow at a rapid pace. We're only four years old, but last year, we were able to get a really substantial award from Audacious to make sure that we put all 50 states and the District of Columbia on a path to passing clean slate laws. With that award came an elevated strategic plan, including more staff. In addition, we needed to operate at a faster pace, which required additional support. Our executive team also grew last year! We put out a bid for different proposals and Peachtree VA's was the most attractive. We brought on an executive assistant for me and also a couple of other executive team members: Jen, who has just been amazing! She's such a great fit for our culture. She believes in the work and it's just a beautiful human and a delight to work with. I can't imagine not having her around at this point. I've worked with a VA in the past, but I've never heard of "Versatile Assistant" until Peachtree. It makes perfect sense the more I was working with my VA, and essentially my experience has been a 10/10. My VA, and now friend, has been outstanding and I have noticed her ability to hear me out, and I have an investment in our relationship. It has changed my communication style from going from a task partner, but also to a thought partner, and we have such a successful relationship now. She has helped me through a transitional season and saw through to the future. During this season, I was able to build out SOP's in which I have never done before, and my VA has also helped me with random things in this season to help me get to this new moment in time. From organizing, communication, scheduling, assignments being carried out - we utilize tools for different projects by putting our minds together and making optimal use of these tools. She has been truly versatile, very adaptive, an excellent listener and executer, and she matters and means the world to me.
