All around a bad experience. The first assistant was fired by Delegate solutions 2 weeks into my journey with them after waiting over 4 weeks to be assigned. Then the account manager took over the account and was spread way too thin to be on my case. Never saw a bill after repeated requests to understand where the hours were being spent. If you are looking for an assistant to help you take work off your plate keep looking elsewhere. You will not find that here.
