Adaptable and responsive
AnswerNet has proven to be responsive and adaptable to our needs. We currently utilize an outdated AMS that provides little actionable data. Our account manager has worked with her staff on training for our unique goals and it has paid dividends. Very happy with the direction our calling program is headed.

A Great Partnership!
Cantaloupe Inc.’s relationship began with Answer Net 1.2 years ago when we unexpectedly lost our prior after-hour call center support vendor. Answer Net did not hesitate in forming a relationship with us! They were interested in understanding, and learning, the nature of our business. They quickly adapted to secure appropriate staffing levels and quickly trained their staff to support our after-hour call volume. They stayed closely connected with us during an instantaneous period of change and transition – without skipping a beat! Answer Net has also supported us during times when immediate action was needed due to unexpected server issues and outages. They provided coverage to allow the upskilling of our staff and to conduct staff meetings during our regular hours of operation. Professional, friendly, & productive.
Answernet’s professionalism & effectiveness have grown my business greatly in the 8 months we’ve been working together. William, Melissa, & Stacey are knowledgeable & helpful, & always ready to make adjustments based on client response & my own schedule. My clients have appreciated the callers’ patience, politeness, & fluency in related topics. The response time is far too slow.
This is the first time I’ve encountered a customer support center that is this unresponsive. I sent a follow-up inquiry after receiving the last reply, but I haven’t heard back for two weeks. The response time is far too slow.

Worst Customer Service experience I have ever Had
I called about a issue I was having being wrongfully Charged after cancelling my subscription to my personality. I had been through this call center a few times already and had not been helped. Finally I reach RAY. He was incredibly rude, raising his voice at me, not letting me finish my sentences as though I am wasting his time because he cant find my account. I started getting aggrevated and told him I dont appreciate the attitude and would like him to dial it back. Ray cut me off raised his voice and said "its my turn to talk, I'll send you the refund" I ask Ray for his full name, he says he doesnt need to give it. I ask Ray for an employee number, he claims he doesnt have one. I ask ray for the name of his supervisor. He says he doesnt have one... fine I ask ray the name of the company he works for. He hangs up on me. I have never been compelled to write a bad review until now. Ray is Horrible, He worked the night shift.

Purchased our answering service of perhaps 16 years. Have been with them 2 months and their configuration / integration was very bad and their service is terrible. They can not spell. They can not take notes. Generally are poor.

Negative experience with AnswerNet operator
I live in college town in Maryland. AnswerNet has a contract to accept after hour calls from residents regarding noise complaints and other non-emergency, non 911 related matters. I am a 71 year senior citizen. During a recent call to report loud music just before midnight, the operator was discourteous, dismissive and threatened to disconnect the call. The official summary of the call, which was provided to city officials at my request, described my temperament as rude. I do not agree. Someone being rude is someone else’s opinion. It is not a fact and has no business being included in a statement of findings. Unfortunately, this is not my first negative experience with AnswerNet. I would suggest to management that employees (call talkers) need more training as to how best to interact with callers who may be calling during a highly stressful time.
