I've dealt with multiple offshore companies in the Philippines and this is the first one that keeps the $4500 computer equipment that you purchase for a VA to use after the VA resigns. DBOS say it is a Philippine government regulation but in my past experience with other Philippines based companies none have done this. Very disappointing.

After searching high and low for a BPO that could deliver what they promised we found Jacqui and DBOS. The attention to detail and clear proactive communication is 2nd to none. We currently have 6 staff and scaling that x5 this year. Highly recommended!!!
