I never knew that we had an answering service call center available here in the Rio Grande Valley, but as learned from how it works, definitely something looking forward to working at and the different clients that I will be having.

I was hired with AnswerOne and attended training for one day. My grandfather passed away and Did not return. I left my headset at my desk with my folder and pen. They charged me $80 for the headsets because they claim I did not return them. At the end of the first day of training I asked the trainer Melissa if I were to leave my things, she said to leave everything on my desk. I did not return and they claim I never turned in my headset. I did not take the headset!!!! So unprofessional!!! I have no damn headset and they charged me $80 for them. Obviously someone stole them. So if you get hired and decide not to stay make sure you turn everything in or they will charge you!!NegativeProfessionalism

It was so disappointing going to the iw and the receptionist was not even there and later she came gave me the pre test and never came to check or anything after 30 waiting two ladies came and I informed them that I had finished they left then another 15 minutes I went and told them that I was ready for the results they said they were going to be there in a few minutes. I went and one of the employees knock on the door where they supposed to be and there was some ladies laughing. Having a good time. I honestly would not recommend this place to no one. I need a job. It was a waste of time and my gas. Very disappointed. And I just left it was almost 1.5 that I spend there. Plus my driving time.
