I worked with a great rep
I worked with a great rep. They were extremely helpful in locating the right VA for the role and tasks at our company. They were very diligent and attentive in getting our feedback on the progress with our VA to ensure we were not only a good match, but a contributor to the team. If the VA was not right fit, he immediately had a replacement. It's time that we saved searching gig sites and their technology give us a dashboard that easy to assign tasks and see the progress.

We have had a great experience working with Wing. Their team has been extremely helpful in assisting us with finding qualified virtual staff to join our organization. The candidates they present are well selected and have been a great addition to our team. The onboarding process with Wing is very smooth and organized, which makes the transition for new staff easy and efficient. Their team provides clear guidance throughout the process and ensures that everything is handled in a timely manner. In addition, Wing’s communication is excellent. They are always responsive, professional, and willing to assist whenever questions or needs arise. My experience with Wing Assistant was extremely frustrating and not worth the money. The service did not deliver what was presented during the sales process. The support and results were nowhere near what I expected, and the overall value simply was not there. For what they charge, the level of service was very disappointing. The worst part was dealing with the billing issue after I canceled. I was still charged and had to repeatedly push for the situation to be fixed. The problem was not resolved until I made it clear I was prepared to pursue legal action. Only after that point did they finally process the refund. While they did eventually refund the money, it should never take the threat of litigation to correct a billing issue. That alone says a lot about how problems are handled. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this service.

I have used multiple VA services, and I'd say Wing is the best thus far. Cherylle, my success manager is fantastic. Great communication skills and respond to all my questions super-fast. I would highly recommend giving them a try.

I don't recommend. Spent money and got nothing in return Made a deal and gave a 200$ deposit. They spent 1 month without giving any news. then sent an email asking me me to pay 3 times the agreed the price because they couldn't find candidats within the agreed upon requirements. I've been writing them for a while and I never get a response.

I paid for and hired what was advertised as a social media “expert,” but it quickly became clear that this person had no idea what they were doing. The quality of work was nowhere near expert-level, and I ended up spending more time correcting mistakes than getting actual help. When I raised these concerns with my case manager, Maryann and Mark, instead of addressing the lack of competence or offering a real solution, they deflected responsibility and blamed issues on their internal application. That has absolutely nothing to do with the service I paid for or the fact that the assistant was unqualified for the role?? There was no accountability, no meaningful remediation, and no effort to ensure I received what I paid for. Overall, a very disappointing experience and not worth the cost if you’re expecting professional, skilled support. Absolutely do NOT recommend.

Partnering with Wing Assistant
We partnered with Wing Assistant to provide customer service coverage for our non-business hours. We needed coverage from 4:30 pm to 8:00 am M-F and 24-hour coverage on the weekends. Our Wing teammates provided this coverage without any interruption to support our basic business functions. They easily integrated into our tech stack making communication with our Wing teammates seamless. They did a tremendous job of supporting our customers and prospects throughout the entire partnership.

What would normally take me months was done in a matter of a week or so. We were up and running with our VA in less time and with less cost than we could have done on our own.
