Keeps daily work moving without constant follow-up

We started using Wing Assistant because too much of our time was going into admin and coordination work. We didn’t want to hire full-time, but we also needed something more reliable than ad hoc freelancers.What works well is having a dedicated assistant who stays consistent and learns how we operate. We can assign tasks, share context once, and then build from there. Over time, it becomes easier to trust that things will get done without checking every step.There is a bit of ramp-up in the beginning while the assistant learns your processes, but once that’s in place, it becomes a steady part of how the team operates.Overall, it helps us stay organized and keep work moving without losing visibility or control.

I worked with a great rep

I worked with a great rep. They were extremely helpful in locating the right VA for the role and tasks at our company. They were very diligent and attentive in getting our feedback on the progress with our VA to ensure we were not only a good match, but a contributor to the team. If the VA was not right fit, he immediately had a replacement. It's time that we saved searching gig sites and their technology give us a dashboard that easy to assign tasks and see the progress.

Partnering with Wing Assistant

We partnered with Wing Assistant to provide customer service coverage for our non-business hours. We needed coverage from 4:30 pm to 8:00 am M-F and 24-hour coverage on the weekends. Our Wing teammates provided this coverage without any interruption to support our basic business functions. They easily integrated into our tech stack making communication with our Wing teammates seamless. They did a tremendous job of supporting our customers and prospects throughout the entire partnership.

A great overall experience

Working with Wing Assistant has been an amazing experience. I use them for VAs for our Real Estate companies and they have become valued parts of our team. They have met all deadlines for due diligence and have been proactive in searching for solutions. The client is impressed with Wing Assistant's onboarding process, which was completed in a week. Wing Assistant provides administrative support for a land development company. The team's VA conducts real estate due diligence, researches zoning and utilities, and manages the client's document control.

They never had coverage or service issues and covered all US holidays within the program. Moreover, they integrated seamlessly into the client's tech stack and communicated via email and messaging apps. Wing Assistant provided customer service support for a cleaning systems company, covering the client's non-business hours on weekdays and providing 24-hour coverage on weekends.

Overall, my experience with Wing has been wonderful.
