The Spectra Entertainment team was hosted by the One Biscayne Team for a promotional video shoot for one of our projects. The Biscayne team was extremely accommodating and tolerant with our film crew and staff. They went above and beyond to accommodate our ever changing and sometimes complicated requests. Claudia and Yordi at Biscayne tower are phenomenal at creating a welcoming environment and providing me with anything that I need. Renting a space at quest Biscayne has been the best decision I’ve made solely because of these two individuals. They are both quick to reply to any concerns I have and ensure I receive prompt resolutions. I honestly look forward to coming into the office because I know Omar and Claudia will be there!

I love this space, it has amazing views of the bay and they serve fresh cookies every Wednesday. Yordanka and Claudia are the best receptionist!

What an amazing team! They truly make everyone feel heard and valued, no issue is too big or too small. From the front desk to management, everyone is incredibly helpful and welcoming. When my office felt a bit warm, maintenance arrived within five minutes. During holidays, they decorate and even prepare small appreciation treats for the team. Whenever I need help, they’re immediately there to assist. They’re attentive, detail-oriented, and genuinely warm, a wonderful experience overall.

Great First Impression at Quest Workspaces Miami - I was in an urgent need of an office space for a call with a group of experts. The manager has been very responsive and efficient. The space itself is very pleasant, well equipped and in an amazing location. Many thanks to the staff!
