I started my journey at VL after my wife has been working for VL for the past 2 years, all the VL'S that helped me along the way definetely made a huge difference! Tips for CV, Interviews, etc... just got hired today and the process was very straight forward. Really recommend this platform!

Would not recommend. They don't take your concerns seriously and match you with people who's resume does not match their performance. I had hoped to create a long term relationship with them but after less than 2 months I'm seeing the lack of understanding for the US market and how it works.

They are amazing!

It was awful dealing with them. The questions were impossible to answer, and when I requested support, I was insulted by a team member who conveniently started deleting the messages that implicated her in the insults—a feature built into Telegram, where the communication was taking place.

WOULDN'T RECCOMEND... Unfortunately if you are looking for a company to build a long term relationship with. We have been using them for a few years and overall it hasn't been the best especially when it comes to resolving issues with talent they provide. We ran into an issue with performance of one of the team members and they put them on PIP and it didn't resolve the problems even though they agreed with and acknowledged all the issues. We asked them to cover the training time to handover to the new team member since the training time to get this member up to speed was over two months (we asked them to cover 2-3 weeks and support in expediting the handover) and in exchange that we wanted to hire a second person as well in addition to the replacement and they said they couldn't do it. We were hoping to have a company we could grow with and this one isn't it.

En mi primer contrato el cliente me dejó luego de 3 semanas pero ellos siempre me pagaron. Y bueno estuve triste pero ahora que ya voy por mi segundo contrato con fe de que sea lo mejor siempre fueron atentos, formales y apoyaron mucho mi proceso. 5 estrellas porque tienen buenos procesos. El que persevera lo consigue pensaba que no I a a conseguir otro contrato pero si pude en menos de 3 meses In my first contract, the client dropped me after three weeks, but they always paid me. I was sad, but now that I'm on my second contract, hoping it will be the best, they've always been attentive, professional, and very supportive throughout the process. Five stars because they have excellent processes. Perseverance pays off. I thought I wouldn't get another contract, but I did in less than three months.

They are super quick and keep you updated every step of the way, they hand hold you through the entire process and the interviews were really enjoyable. Worth it!

Sou do Brasil e estou na comunidade há pouco mais de 6 meses. Me candidatei a mais de 15 oportunidades e finalmente chegou o momento de entrar em um projeto! Recomendo bastante pois todos são bastante atenciosos e cuidadosos com os candidatos ao longo do processo. A sugestão de melhoria que fica é somente em relação aos feedbacks negativos: infelizmente ainda não são estruturados o suficiente para que o candidato entenda o porque de não ter avançado no processo. Entretanto entendo que o mercado está rigoroso e buscando profissionais que tenham fit extremo com a vaga. De toda forma recomendo o serviço! I'm from Brazil and I've been in the community for a little over 6 months. I applied for more than 15 opportunities and finally the moment came to join a project! I highly recommend it because everyone is very attentive and careful with the candidates throughout the process. The only suggestion for improvement is regarding negative feedback: unfortunately, it's not yet structured enough for the candidate to understand why they didn't advance in the process. However, I understand that the market is rigorous and looking for professionals who are an extreme fit for the position. In any case, I recommend the service!
