I recommend for the return center TO SEND emails confirming delivery shipment and tracking for purposes of loss, damaged or misused items. I HAD AN ITEM LOST in March 2026 for a return to Amazon. Item was never received and I was charged $30 after receiving a replacement first. Filthy and no one is ever available. I didn't know how dirty these floors were until I came at 7pm and the place was empty. The floors were horrendous. Look at the pictures posted. No one seems to take ownership or cares. The female restroom was disgusting. Review pictures. Hard time find items in store, sales labels everywhere. Everything is still expensive even on clearance. I don't get an email for Amazon returns with confirmation..only given a print out that I can lose. I would like to have both please and thank you. Somehow my return was never sent back to Amazon. I lost the paperwork confirmation receipt and couldn't track the package with confirmation number. So when Amazon sent me a email stating my item hasn't been returned. When I used staples drop off, WHO DO I BLAME for tracking? I'm a tree hugger and prefer email or text for tracking and to SAVE TREES! Save the rainforest and natural wildlife. Preserve the trees!🤔😉😍💌 Untrained staff. The closest staples office to me is 45mins away. I called before I came to get some plain cardstock copies and they quoted me, but never informed me that I would need to upload my info on the computer because I could not create it at the store. So when I got there I showed up with misinformation and could not create my copies because they had NO AVAILABLE COMPUTER to CREATE TEMPLATES. I was told by another staff member that I would have to upload on a thumb drive or download from Google. Google was unsuccessful. After my 2nd visit. Everything was uploaded by another staff member and he set me up quickly and correctly and I was able to review before placing the order. I like the option to pay before or after my print. I was sent a confirmation that my order was ready almost same day before the store closed. This place a bit pricey on store items but their print shop prices are great. I've had road yard signs and business cards, copies etc, here and everything comes out on time fast and outstanding. I just think they need more training in the print department. They seem to cycle through and rotate employees in that area. I always come here to return my Amazon items. I'm always out quick and fast. Thanks again Brenda for being patient with me.

Obviously no one paid attention to the last review. I’m not sure I have ever seen a store so filthy and product and other things so out of place. Obviously a bot answers these reviews.
