When the manager himself behaves unprofessionally, the work environment will obviously be bad. Manager Rajesh doesn’t know how to speak properly with employees. He talks rudely with both girls and boys, almost like street language. Guys, think twice before joining this company. The manager Rajesh doesn’t have basic manners to talk to employees, and the company also takes no action on such behavior.

Their website was informative and easy to navigate, and I had a response to my inquiry in less than a day. Every question I had asked was answered very quickly, kindly, and they were willing to work with me and the situation I was in at the time (a last minute, very rushed project). I received a WhatsApp message from someone claiming to be from SunTec Web Services Pvt.Ltd. They said they got my website details and phone number and then started pushing me to click random links and review their product, calling themselves “SunTec HR.” This looks highly suspicious and fraudulent. Cold-messaging people, sharing links, and pressuring them to open or review products is completely unethical and a common scam tactic. If this is how SunTec operates, then it’s a serious warning sign. Such practices put people at risk of fraud. Shame on companies that use these methods. Authorities should investigate and take strict action against anyone involved in misleading and scamming people. Stay alert. Don’t click unknown links.

The team demonstrated disorganized project management, missed deadlines, and delivered unusable deliverables, resulting in no measurable SEO improvement. | Highlights: Unfortunately, I did not find anything particularly impressive or unique about Suntec India during our engagement. The company presented itself as a full-service SEO provider with experience in e-commerce and multilingual projects, but in practice, the delivery fell far short of industry standards. There was no standout expertise, innovative approach, or exceptional execution that set them apart from other agencies.  On the contrary, their processes were conventional, poorly coordinated, and ultimately ineffective, resulting in no measurable progress despite a substantial time commitment (200 hours per month). The only notable aspect was their willingness to provide detailed spreadsheets and reports, but these were unusable and served more as internal documentation than as actionable deliverables. In summary, nothing about Suntec India stood out positively,  the engagement was marked by missed deadlines, low-quality outputs, and a lack of tangible results.
