I want to share a disappointing hiring experience at Suntec India (M2K Pitampura, Delhi), so that other job seekers can stay aware. I was initially rejected in a technical round, but later received a call from HR (Tanya) for another process. After clearing the second round, I was informed by the HR team (including a senior HR representative, Noopur) that I was shortlisted and needed to attend 2 days of training (9 AM – 5 PM), after which I would receive an offer letter. I trusted the process and attended both days under a team leader (Mr. Pathak). However, after completing the training, I was suddenly informed that I am not selected due to “mistakes in work. At no point was it clearly communicated that this “training” was actually an elimination process. No offer letter or written confirmation was provided before asking for full-day commitment. This experience felt like a misuse of a candidate’s time and effort under the name of training. I’m sharing this so that: . Candidates ask for clear written communication before training . Understand whether training is part of selection or after joining . Avoid committing full days without an offer letter I hope companies improve transparency in their hiring processes, especially for freshers who are actively seeking opportunities. And Please Don't join or come for interview here. This companies have no value for your time and energy. They are just insensitive and management is extremely worse.

Went here in the interview for the position of HR Recruiter profile Two rounds happened which were taken by the female HRs who asked me questions related to my past experiences and skills In the last round, the HR who took my round also briefed me about the roles and responsibilities for the job which I applied And, the security guard was also behaving in a friendly manner It was a fair experience by giving interview in this company This company basically deals into the IT services and also they deal into the BPO sector Nearest metro station to this place is Shakurpur which lies in the pink line of metro You have to avail the e-rickshaw facilities going towards the Rani Bagh, Pitampura because this company is located almost far from the Shakurpur metro station

It is good company to start with as a fresher here is positive working environment and good learning opportunity to grow further.

Hello friends, today I want to share my interview experience at Suntech. My name is Firoz Ahmed, and I have 2 years of experience in US healthcare process with Optum company. I received a call from Suntech HR, Ms. Yashoda, who scheduled my interview for the next day. The following day, I reached the Suntech office for my interview. - First Round: This was a normal verbal communication round. - Second Round: I was given a company form to fill in my personal details, education, and work experience. On the last page, I was asked to write about my last adventure trip. - Third Round: This was conducted in another building by a manager named Kuldeep. Initially, we had a normal conversation, then he asked me about my work. When I mentioned that I expected a 30% increment over my last CTC, he seemed shocked. He thought I was asking for ₹30,000 per month, but I clarified that I wanted a 30% increment. He then told me that joining would only be possible at the beginning of May, and my offer would be considered then. The next day, I called HR Yashoda to discuss further, but she told me that she had not received positive feedback about me. Honestly, I did not understand this. After wasting the whole day and standing outside the cabin until evening, I felt very disappointed. That is why I request everyone: please do not go for interviews at such companies. It will only waste your time. It is better to apply to MNC companies

This full fake company and fraud members, don't trust these people,they will take your amount and it won't return back i have personally lost 10 Lakhs still they didn't return it and again asked me to pay . The person took my amount and shared their details to complain if possible. Very wost company If you are real call my number

When the manager himself behaves unprofessionally, the work environment will obviously be bad. Manager Rajesh doesn’t know how to speak properly with employees. He talks rudely with both girls and boys, almost like street language. Guys, think twice before joining this company. The manager Rajesh doesn’t have basic manners to talk to employees, and the company also takes no action on such behavior.

I was selected by hr but in 2 days they thrown out of me of this company that you are not able to learn what is this type of company.. they thrown out you in 2 days only please don't go in this company if you can safe your future please be aware of person name ajay

There are many unprofessional people in the company, and manager Rajesh’s behavior is also very unprofessional. If the company really wants to improve its work environment, it should first fix its management and manager.

I've been working here for one year. The Working environment is very good. All the seniors and managers are very well-behaved and supportive.

Seniors ka behavior bilkul professional nahi hai aur baat karne ki basic tameez bhi nahi hai. Work environment kaafi negative aur unhealthy lagta hai. Rajesh aur Ramjiyawan ki taraf se bhi proper leadership nazar nahi aati. Management bhi issues par koi action nahi leti. Overall environment mein improvement ki kaafi zarurat hai. Unprofessionals. The seniors' behavior is completely unprofessional, and they lack even the basic manners of communication. The work environment seems very negative and unhealthy. Neither Rajesh nor Ramjiyavan shows proper leadership. Management is also not taking any action on the issues. The overall environment needs a lot of improvement. Unprofessionals.

Main apna experience share karna chahta/chahti hoon jo kaafi disappointing raha. Yahan ke seniors ka behavior bilkul professional nahi hai. Baat karne ki tameez tak nahi hai aur unnecessary politics chalti rehti hai. Ladko se bhi theek se baat nahi karte, to ladkiyon ke saath to aur bhi inappropriate attitude dekhne ko milta hai. Seniors apne aap ko sarkari naukri jaisa samajhte hain, jaise unse koi sawal hi na kare. Work environment bilkul unhealthy aur negative hai. Management bhi bilkul supportive nahi hai. Rajesh aur Ramjiyawan dono seniors ki taraf se koi proper leadership ya professionalism nazar nahi aata. Na inko baat krni aaati hai Sabse badi baat ye hai ki kitne bhi reviews daal do, lekin Suntec ki taraf se koi action nahi liya jata. Overall environment bahut hi bekaar hai aur improvement ki sakht zarurat hai. Unprofessionals I would like to share my experience which was quite disappointing. The behavior of the seniors here is completely unprofessional. There is no manners of conversation and unnecessary politics is always going on. They don't even talk properly to the boys, and an even more inappropriate attitude is seen with the girls. The seniors consider it a government job, as if no one should ask them any questions. The work environment is completely unhealthy and negative. The management is also not at all supportive. There is no proper leadership or professionalism visible from both the seniors, Rajesh and Ramjiyavan. They don't know how to talk. The worst part is that no matter how many reviews you post, no action is taken by Suntec. The overall environment is very poor and in dire need of improvement. Unprofessionals
