Honestly, this organization feels highly unreliable and untrustworthy. The experience with the management and HR was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before engaging with them.

Great initiative by the owners for global virtual assistance services by overcoming all the hurdles. The operations team including managers, supervisors and team leads just outstand in their abilities. Hope the company would give more better opportunities to real good talents, as it already do so. In my case, they collected my payment but failed to deliver what was promised, and despite repeated follow-ups, they have neither provided a proper response nor processed any refund. The entire situation has been extremely stressful, frustrating, and disappointing. What is most concerning is the lack of accountability and communication. It feels like once the payment is made, they simply stop cooperating, leaving customers helpless. I am speaking up so that others do not fall into the same trap or lose their hard-earned money the way I did. Please stay cautious, always verify a company’s authenticity, check reviews carefully, and avoid making payments without proper assurance and documentation. MyTasker has been supporting my work since December 2024 and I find great value in our cooperation in the past nine months so far. As the Executive Director of PRGN, a global network of independent communications and PR agencies, my job is versatile, ranging from admin tasks to strategic initiatives.
