Honestly, this organization feels highly unreliable and untrustworthy. The experience with the management and HR was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before engaging with them.

Great initiative by the owners for global virtual assistance services by overcoming all the hurdles. The operations team including managers, supervisors and team leads just outstand in their abilities. Hope the company would give more better opportunities to real good talents, as it already do so. I want to share a serious warning based on my personal experience. Please think twice before dealing with this company. In my case, they collected my payment but failed to deliver what was promised, and despite repeated follow-ups, they have neither provided a proper response nor processed any refund. The entire situation has been extremely stressful, frustrating, and disappointing. What is most concerning is the lack of accountability and communication. It feels like once the payment is made, they simply stop cooperating, leaving customers helpless. I am speaking up so that others do not fall into the same trap or lose their hard-earned money the way I did. Please stay cautious, always verify a company’s authenticity, check reviews carefully, and avoid making payments without proper assurance and documentation. MyTasker has been supporting my work since December 2024 and I find great value in our cooperation in the past nine months so far. As the Executive Director of PRGN, a global network of independent communications and PR agencies, my job is versatile, ranging from admin tasks to strategic initiatives. MyTasker now supports me in various tasks related to PRGN's annual member conferences, keeping internal databases up to date, communication with members on their specific needs and assistance, running our annual Awards program, do market research and support in managing PRGN's blog series, to include many but not all the areas of support. We started small in this path together and gradually moved to bigger and bigger tasks and more responsibilities handed over to the MyTasker team. We've increased our monthly plan as MyTasker has proved to be a valuable support to PRGN's activities and we wanted to utilise this opportunity even more. I work with Imran Nazir on a daily basis and Samrat Gosh as a manager overseeing the work done for us. I highly appreciate their professional and truly supporting attitude, their short response time and always clear communication on what to expect in the delivery of any task both in terms of content and timing. Imran pays attention to details and is eager to find solutions to problems that occur on the way. When questions arise about a task, they are quick to communicate and ask for help to minimise chances of errors. This overall attitude and work approach results in a seamless cooperation allowing me to focus more and more on strategic initiatives at PRGN - which has been the intended goal of the cooperation and the biggest value for our network and its agency members.
