LEVEL 9 Virtual failed to accomplish the project on time, as they struggled even with the simple tasks. The team demonstrated poor communication throughout the engagement. They also sought constant guidance and encountered a few missteps. Ultimately, the client was unsatisfied with the partnership. | Highlights: Nothing. I wouldn't recommend them.
