This is a well-run and professional office environment. These are owner-operated businesses, so all the attention is on the client. I recently entered an order to I.O. to send a package of recent mail to the wrong address, a client address that we occasionally sent boxes of records. The I.O. office staff caught it and the Manager sent me an email, saying "Are you sure?" It is as close to having your own trained staff looking after you. Again, worth every dime.

This system is inflexible and poorly designed and the support is non existent. Obvious CRM functions don't exist on it. More than 2 clients on a case?, forget it, vulnerable client?, enjoy the pop up everytime you open that file, customer uploads jpgs and you want to rename?, enjoy downloading every single document, saving it to your drive and renaming, then uploading again. So far, I've not seen them change anything that has been suggested, their only recent 'upgrade' is to close of the old look style IO

As an IFA over 10 years and partnering with dozens of technology companies (FE, selecta, o&m to name a few, IO is the worst of them all for any kind of service and support. Complaints unanswered, simple problems unresolved for 20+days and don't seem to care! Honestly. Can't believe how shocking they all are!

They have supported us in creating efficiency as an adjunct to our back office functions, great conference spaces and of course our dedicated offices. The great value for us is that in this virtual era - we have a live GO TO person to help us with any of our Business needs - incoming mail, phones, outgoing package mailings, even ordering lunch for our business conferences! I have been a tenant at Intelligent Office YEC for quite a while as well as previously being a tenant of RioCan at YEC for many years...the staff at Intelligent Office YEC have proven over and over again that they are not only very professional and knowledgeable, but they leave a very good impression with anyone that comes in or calls. The main office is quite inviting and the monthly rent for a good size private office for one person is very reasonable and also includes the following amenities: WiFi 24/7 Access Accessibility Catering Coffee/Tea Door w/Lock Filtered Water Furnished Health & Safety Policy Hosted Reception Kitchen Mailbox Services Meeting Rooms On-site Restaurant Print/Scan/Copy Room Set-up Storage TV/Monitor Whiteboard Window View Best move I ever made!!!
