Hire LATAM

I don’t know what happened to these folks. We had hired a few EAs and they were great. Still are. The last three though have been duds and Hire LatAm has not honored their agreement to replace them. They totally ghosted us. We have defiantly seen a curve in the performance and the quality of candidates has drastically decreased. It seems they are not vetting them like they previously had. Supper disappointing. Ed their CEO had reached out based on the survey I filled out and then lost intrest in us.

They are using AI filtering

I have over 5 years experience as a Virtual Assistant across many industries; Real Estate, Healthcare, and Saas. My main strength is as a Executive Assitant or Sales Manager. Most of the roles ask for 2 years experience so I applied for those even though I am overqualified. However, out of 10 applications I filled out, I was rejected from each one, even one that was a lowly sales rep job that only required 1 year of experience. The reason people keep getting rejected is because they are using AI to filter applications, since they receive hundreds. But, the thing is with AI is that it looks for a centralized resume to pass. If you're resume has various roles, you wont pass. You may pass if you have a centralized resume focused on one role like a sales resume, or a customer service resume. But that's just my take.

Very bad profiling , I have excellent sales skills and they offer me a job with much less salary and more working tasks, I rather get hired by your competitors thank you guys!
