We don’t know who this person is and why he is rating us. Probably a low level competitor that wants to drive our Google reviews down because we are quickly becoming the best option for call center services in Tijuana and they are scared of competition.

This is a small, poorly managed call center with high employee turnover and a lack of professionalism. One of many similar operations in Tijuana — there are far better options available in Mexico.
