Really disappointed with the service. Each time calls are missed, or when not missed they are not relayed to me or added to client portal. Only way I know is because my CRM also transcribes the calls they take (last was answered by a Monica) but never recorded for me to see. If I didn't have my CRM record any call to that number I wouldn't know how many clients I'm losing as nothing is relayed to me.

Very poor services. They will take a call and use multiple credits over and over again for the same call. We had a recent incident where they used 33 of our credits for a caller who only called around 3 or 4 times. If you try and complain they will just cut you off whilst you are talking to them.

An extremely disappointing and terrible experience – they consistently deviate from the agreed-upon terms. Unjust charges persist without providing transparent evidence, and even upon requesting service termination, they continue to charge without delivering the service. This appears to be indicative of a dubious business practice; I strongly advise avoiding this company. it really sounds like a scamming company

Doesn't immediately put me through to their customer service number despite being ironically a phone answering service. However, the management did call me back shortly thereafter (less than 45 minutes later) - explained the situation and resolved my query. I was impressed and have amended my review accordingly.

Overall awful experience. Price does NOT reflect the level of service or quality of messages. I was pushed into an upfront payment and it wasn't set up for 8 weeks totally. They then chase like mad for invoices and won't allow you go change card details. You can't speak to your account manager via telephone unless they eventually call you back. Just not a good experience compared to others.
