I've dealt with AllDayPA for years and have always been happy with their service. Any issues have been resolved quickly and easily.

Very poor services. They will take a call and use multiple credits over and over again for the same call. We had a recent incident where they used 33 of our credits for a caller who only called around 3 or 4 times. If you try and complain they will just cut you off whilst you are talking to them.

The reception had no seats for the OAPs to sit on
